Prelate Souf: Nowhere have I found brightly colored, conical hats and inflatable noisemakers to be appropriate funeral attire.
Prelate Souf: In fact, they only seem to appear during celebrations of the New Year and childrens' parties.

Prelate Souf: Yes. Quite.
