About the Author
Howard Tayler created Schlock Mercenary in 2000, and new installments have appeared online every day since then at schlockmercenary.com. This epic comic space opera has been nominated twice for Hugo awards, and has won “Best Thing Howard’s Done For a Living” each month since September of 2004. In his spare time Howard paints 28mm miniatures, plays table-top role-playing games, and shifts plates of metal around at the gym with sisyphean zeal. He lives in Orem, Utah with his wife Sandra and their four children.
