Random vacation notes... let's start with a big stretch, and say "ahhhhh...." Very good.

Today I bought an N64 cartridge with some ancient-history video games on it (Ms. Pac-Man, Dig-Dug, Galaga, others) using funds acquired by returning an aluminum scooter we bought for my daughter (she got a more suitable scooter, so this one was redundant). I then played said museum-piece games, and realized that I still love them. (I believe this makes me a museum piece. I'm over thirty, so I'm sure most of you would agree. You kids these days...)

Anyway, I then took my daughter to see The Emperor's New Groove, which I enjoyed much more than she did. I laughed 'till I cried. Fun movie. Go Disney.

Back at home, I cranked out four scripts, and in a fit of productivity, inked four strips. Not bad. Finally, I updated the open letter (that's this thingy you're reading). I think next it will be time for me to kick some more Galaga butt before bed.

I love vacation.
