Dragon's Keep, Provo, TODAY
entry,

Per the schedule below, this Saturday, February 12th is "Local Artists' Day" at the Dragon's Keep comic-book and game shop in downtown Provo. I'm going to be whipping out free sketches, and I'll bring along some previously-whipped-out marker art of Schlock characters for purchase (between $10 and $20 each). I'll also have other originals (including original strips) for you to look at.

Dragon's Keep is at 131 North University Avenue in Provo, and I'll be there between 11:00am and 3:00pm. If there's enough interest, I may stay longer, or come back in the evening. Call them to find out my up-to-the-minute plans.

If you can't make it on Saturday, the following Thursday through Saturday is Life, The Universe, and Everything XXIII at Brigham Young University's Wilkinson Center. Admission is FREE, but you will need to register at the door. I'll be on a number of panels, including a special Schlock Mercenary panel where you can grill me mercilessly on those science-y bits you think I got wrong, and whine keenly over the loss of Captain Kaff Tagon.

In other news, the rhinovirusocerous has been trampling the family steadily for the last week, but I've kept up with the buffer-fu. We hit 16 on Friday, all colored and uploaded, with another week's worth of scripts in the can, ready for me to pencil and ink.

Are you interested in having me come to your city? Your convention? Your HOUSE? Pay my way and pay my stay, and we can make it happen. The BEST way is to convince the convention organizers that I'm worthy of "GoH" status, but there are alternatives. Email me if you've got an event in mind.
