Some of you may be having issues with the Schlock App after updating to iPhone OS4, and/or after upgrading to a new device. Ordinarily we'd use the in-app message system to push you some instructions, but the issue is hanging the app on startup. The solution? Delete the app and re-install it from scratch (don't restore it from iTunes -- download it again from the iTunes store.) It's not as elegant as we'd like, and we're looking at a code fix, but for now this will get you up and running in a jiffy. For those of you not using the Schlock app, thank you for your patience while we used this bandwidth to help some customers in need!
