Tagon: Kevyn, what's this I hear about you building a giant telescope out of our missile arsenal?
Kevyn: Technically, it's not a telescope. It's a very large array of passive sensors, which combine to work a lot like a giant telescope would. We'll be able to scrutinize the local system, locate all planets and planetoids, and plot orbits centuries in advance.
Kevyn: It will be ... Um... Yes?
Tagon: Made out of our missile arsenal?
Kevyn: Hey, It's not like we're shooting those missiles at anybody just now.
