I'm typing this with a 3-week old sleeping infant draped over my left arm, so I have to type softly. I'd use a sans-serif, small-point-size font, but I'm not sure it would help all that much.

It would probably help a LOT if I'd just get up and walk away from the computer. I will eventually. It's not like I'm addicted to page updates and email. I can quit anytime I want.
