Kevyn: First, his shares in the company devolve half to me, and half to the officer's corps. This makes me the largest shareholder in the organization.
Nick: Um, sir. . . Brad is an officer, so he's a shareholder, too, right?
Kevyn: That's right, Nick.
Nick: So. . . how can you be the largest? He's bigger than me.
Kevyn: And he understands the term "shareholder", which would make him smarter than you, too.
