Book 15: Delegates and Delegation — Part I: Confidence

Transcript

MURTAUGH: To this end, Sergeant, I now find myself required to issue you a new weapon.

It is unlike any you have previously carried.  It is dangerous in ways that you cannot imagine, and I am frankly terrified at the thought of you deploying it in any setting.  I may someday find myself on trial for war crimes by issuing this to you.

SCHLOCK: This is just a card with my picture on it.

MURTAUGH: It is diplomatic immunity.
