Narrator: Back in the impromptu courtroom.
Massey: Remember, Captain. . . All you need to do is stick to this script. Our story is all there and it will
work.
Captain Tagon: Okay. . . But I'm not so sure about this "confession" thing.
Massey: The only way we can -
Captain Tagon: I know, I know! You've explained it five times already.
Captain Tagon: It's not that I don't
understand.
Captain Tagon: It's that I don't believe it will work.
Massey: Then we're in big trouble.
Massey: Lawyers get accused of being faithless all the time.
The truth is, in order to be any good, we have to believe what we're saying.
We have to believe in truth, and in justice. We have to believe in our clients, our evidence, and our witnesses.
Massey: We have to believe that we are right, and are doing the right thing, and that right will prevail.
Massey: And that script there? That's right. Believe in it, because I know I do.
Massey: Now get out there and testify.
Captain Tagon: Okay.
Ennesby: Psst. . . I found something important. We need to adjust the script.
Massey: Oh, I don't believe this.
