Ranma 1/Schlock
entry,

I'm not a big "fanfic" enthusiast. On the infamous "Geek Hierarchy" by Lore Sjöberg, I'm supposed to look down on fanfic writers, because I'm an "Amateur Science Fiction Writer" (and am in turn looked down on by fans of Science Fiction Literature, and by Published Science Fiction Authors). Thus, I've not troubled myself to actually read the blended fanfic in which Ranma from Ranma 1/2 signs on with the Toughs. You're welcome to read it, though. Just be aware of the fact that Captain Tagon's name is consistently misspelled, and let it slide.

(Incidentally, I did watch an episode of Ranma 1/2 once. Strongbad with blue hair was more entertaining, I'm sorry to say. Then again, I'm a satirist and am inclined to heap mockery rather than praise, so things that make fun of anime are more likely to interest me than actual anime is.)

As if I don't already sound enough like an arrogant schputzk, there's an informal How to draw "interview" with me online. A fan I failed to connect with while in DC caught me on AIM a few days later, and we chatted for a bit. He asked me for tips on drawing, since I'm obviously an authority on "how to teach yourself to draw, even if you have to start from the aptly-named 'scratch.'" I whipped out some answers, which, in retrospect, sound like they may be the right ones. Go have a read. It's less likely to offend you with spelling errors than fanfic is, and more likely to offend REAL artists who read it and get all upset about the crap I'm filling the heads of the next generation with. Starting with my creation of the word "schputzk."
