Inception
I saw Inception Friday morning, and I need to not say anything else about it. I mean, except for the obvious -- I loved it. And I suppose I can tell you that it lives up to the visuals in the poster to the right, as well as those in the trailers you may have already seen.
It's probably also safe for me to say that I enjoyed the acting, too. Leonardo diCaprio was wonderful, but the rest of the cast really shone.
But I shouldn't say anything else, because I don't want to accidentally spoil something for you. Eventually this film is going to merit lots and lots of deep discussion, but now is not the time for that.
Inception is my new #3 for the year.
(Note: If you're willing to risk possibly knowing just a little too much, there's a free official prequel comic available online from UDON Entertainment. I read it last night and loved it. I think the comic will be more fun to read without having seen the movie, and that the movie loses nothing if you've read the comic, but I could be wrong, so click through at your own risk.)
