Narrator: It's 0900 ship-time, and that means the senior staff is in their daily planning meeting.
Narrator: The highest-ranking officer here is U.N.S. Admiral Breya Andreyasn, but she's not running things.
Narrator: Mercenary Captain Kaff Tagon is running things.
Narrator: He captured Breya, a frigate, a destroyer, and a short division of U.N.S. Marines in a masterful stroke of tactical brilliance that he can't take full credit for, since he got really lucky.
Narrator: He also had more than a little help from Ennesby, the A.I. flying the mercenary warship Serial Peacemaker
Narrator: A pair of captured U.N.S 711th officers. . .

Captain Kerchak, Alpha Company.

Captain Mugabwe, Beta Company.
Narrator: Mercenary Commander Kevyn "I am not a mad scientist" Andreyasn.
Narrator: And here is Sergeant "I wasn't invited to this meeting, but I used to own the company" Schlock.
Narrator: It's a tense meeting, mercenaries and patriots thrown under the same uneasy command half a galaxy away from home.
Breya: So. . . What do you want to do?
Tagon: I don't know. What do you want to do?
Narrator: Oh, the drama!
