Book 15: Delegates and Delegation — Part II: Conflict


CHESTER: *on comm* Lieutenant, we must assume the J.S.C. officer in pursuit has command of the usual suite of law enforcement resources.

This includes traffic cameras, vehicle overrides, and access to local reinforcements numbering in the thousands.  At least.

SORLIE: What do you suggest?

CHESTER: *on comm* Something riskier than fleeing through traffic.

SORLIE: Today seemed so nice when I looked at it from this morning.
