Ennesby: We could also wait to see who sues us for Schlock's shooting spree, and then just send the food to them.
Massey: That's a fantastic idea! Once word gets out, we'll have people goading us into shooting at them so that they, too, can settle out of court for huge loads of food.
Massey: The supplies will be equitably distributed based on how threatening parties can appear, and how much damage we inflict in their direction.
Ennesby: After your earlier comments about tyranny, I can't tell whether or not you are being sarcastic.
