Frank Hannibal: Ready for your interview, Captain?
Captain Tagon: No, but go ahead and start.
Frank Hannibal: Okay. . .
Frank Hannibal: I'm Frank Hannibal with C.H.N., and I'm currently aboard the mercenary warship Touch-And-Go enjoying a spectacular view of Credomar. Joining me is the ship's Captain, Kaff Tagon, senior commanding officer for this company of soldiers.
Frank Hannibal: Captain Tagon, why are you and your company here?
Captain Tagon: The U.N.S. is paying us to be here. We escorted a big shipment of relief supplies, mostly food, and we're supposed to oversee delivery and distribution.
Frank Hannibal: Given the charged, partisan political environment here, how do you decide to whom to deliver?
Captain Tagon: I don't know yet. Who do you want us to deliver to?
Frank Hannibal: What?
Captain Tagon: You heard me. Answer the question: Who do you want us to deliver these supplies to?
Frank Hannibal: Captain, I'm a journalist, not a politician. I don't have a position in the matter.
Captain Tagon: Journalists don't eat? Come on, you have to have a position on your next meal. Where is it going to come from? Who do you think will starve first if I abandon all the supplies on the dock?
Frank Hannibal: Captain, I'm supposed to be interviewing you.
Captain Tagon: Yeah, but you know more than I do. If I ask the questions, I can fix that.
