Serial Peacemaker:
Narrator: Captain Kaff Tagon's mercenary company needs a fabber - A military grade fabrication system useful for everything from repairs to reloads.
Narrator: There portable factories are rare and expensive, but Tagon's got money, and tends to be pretty lucky.
Tagon: Well, that tears it. Nobody in this system has anything to sell us.
Thurl: Never mind that, Captain. I just got a call from Acey Nubs.
Tagon: What's an "Acey Nubs?"
Thurl: He's the guy who sold us the Post-Dated Check Loan remember?
Tagon: Oh, yeah. Specializes in unloading stolen military equipment before it's owners can catch up to him, right?
Thurl: He just put a Tausennigan Ob'enn Fabber up for sale and offered us the first go.
Thurl: His asking price is a little out of reach but it sounds like he really wants to deal.
Tagon: Since the Tausennigans are already mad at us, it probably can't hurt to go have a look, right?
Narrator: Two weeks later
Sign: WELCOME to OZVEGA DETENTION CENTRE!
Tagon: It could be worse. We could have been captured by Tausennigans.
Schlock: Hey, I'm going on trial for murder. There's plenty of room for things to get worse.
