Book 4: The Blackness Between — Part V: Backstabbing on the Fast Track

Transcript

Ennesby: Colonel, all I'm asking for is permission to plan for the contingencies nobody has thought of yet.
Jevee Ceeta: What contingencies? Were you holding out on us during our planning session?
Ennesby: No, these are the contingencies that nobody has thought of yet.
Jevee Ceeta: Right. So what are they?
Ennesby: Please try using some basic logic, Colonel. If I knew what they were, then somebody would have thought of them.
Jevee Ceeta: Oh, and I suppose that somebody would be you, eh, smarty?
Ennesby: Never mind.
