Book 15: Delegates and Delegation — Part III: Conflagration

MURTAUGH: We need to go down.  If there's safety anywhere it's in the lower city.

UTCHI-SKAFATKA: The suborned police have turned the central shafts into killboxes.

MAC: I don't want to visit a killbox today.

MURTAUGH: Nor do I.  That is why we'll descend rapidly along the outside of the tower.

The sight lines are short on the south-east wall, and there is a lot of cover.

MURTAUGH: You may be wondering whether you want to jump into 4,000 meters of empty space.  The answer is "Captain Murtaugh is not going to give you a choice."
