Jaksmouth: Shall I contact this Captain Tagon and make an offer?

Breya: Absolutely not, Colonel.

Breya: Tagon and Kevyn probably do not want to get involved with me again. Approaching them directly would put them off.

Breya: I think we need to post a general, anonymous call for bids, and then select Tagon's bid. Make them come to us.

Jaksmouth: Admiral, I think you're making this more difficult than it needs to be.

Breya: If posting a want-ad is too difficult for a Full-Bird Colonel, I bet I can find a nice Second Lieutenant to do it.

Jaksmouth: Then again, it could be fun to do it this way.
