Book 1: The Tub of Happiness — Equivocated Prevarication

Petey: Captain, I overheaard you expressing the desire to interrogate some nejjat terrorists.
Tagon: Ah, yes. It would have been nice if you hadn't eaten all the ones that we didn't get to sell.
Petey: What would you say if I told you that I could arrange an interrogation?
Tagon: I'd say thank you, and compliment you on your foresight.
Petey: Oh, good.
Tagon: And then it would occur to me that you must not have eaten them after all, so i'd accuse you of lying to your captain, and i'd find some way to do the equivalent of docking you a week's pay.
Petey: Aw crap.
