CDRE TAGON: We have a contract to provide law enforcement services here, Captain. How would you fulfill that obligation?
MURTAUGH: I would subcontract it to a firm that specializes in law enforcement.
TAGON: But then they'd be getting the money we wanted.
MURTAUGH: I've seen the company accounts. We can afford to not work for a while.
TAGON: But that will leave all our grunts with nothing to do.
