MA SHEPHARD: Why... I have never been so insulted--

BUNNI: *interrupting* Oh, stop with the melodrama.

BUNNI: You were insulted far worse by the man who had you poison your son.

BUNNI: He insulted you when he told you Shep couldn't protect himself or you.

He insulted you when he suggested that you might be willing to poison your Jeremiah, our friend Shep, instead of facing the dangers with him.

BUNNI: And he insults you now, by taking your son, as if a promise to a mother is a thing to be trifled with.

TAILOR: Okay, THAT is how you use melodrama.
