Massey: Captain, our recent campaign against the attorney drones generated a lot of capital, but it also changed the public perception of our troops.
Massey: They've now seen the troops firing their weapons in public places. Much of the populace sees us, therefore, as a dangerous menace.
Tagon: We are a dangerous menace. This is why we have to solve the boredom problem while the re-fitters work.
Massey: The second problem suggests the solution to the first. To change your image in the community, you volunteer for community service.
Tagon: As I recall, the last time you volunteered to do some 'pro-bono' community service, you toppled a planetary government.
Massey: It was a bloodless revolution, if you don't count the attorney-drone.
