Breya: How can our little mercenary company help you, Governor?
Luna Governor: I need some crowd control.
Luna Governor: There is a huge protest group staged outside the bureau of licenses and permits. We need the crowds cleared away so that licensing can proceed normally.
Random Crowd: YES!
Random Crowd: NO!
Random Crowd: MAYBE!
Luna Governor: There are too many people for our modest police force to deal with, and our benign constitution prohibits us from using our military in a civil matter.
Breya: But hiring mercenaries is legal?
Luna Governor: Of course. Why wouldn't it be?
Tagon: Don't knock government ethics, Breya. Think profit.
Breya: Forget I asked.
